Custom Products

Declining to Make or Deliver a Product: If you request that Biosymph.com manufacture a customized product, Biosymph.com reserves the right to refuse or decline to design or manufacture any product at any stage of the process if the product is unsuitable or commercially impractical to manufacture as instructed. If so, you will not be obligated to pay any fees for expenses incurred in connection with the declined product. If a custom product fails, Biosymph.com may delay or cancel a product’s delivery without liability to Biosymph.com.

Customer Responsibilities: By submitting and agreeing to have a custom product manufactured or designed by Biosymph.com, the customer agrees that they have (a) given all required information regarding hazards associated with handling, transport and exposure by the materials supplied/suggested to Biosymph.com. (b) Have previously obtained legal rights, including but not limited to any necessary intellectual property rights and restrictions.
